You must be 18 years of age or older to register on MGLine. This is a firm requirement with no exceptions. MGLine verifies age at the point of registration and may request a copy of your CNIC for withdrawals above Rs 50,000. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately closed and real-money deposits returned in full.

You cannot change your registered mobile number from within your account settings — this requires identity verification through our support team. Yes. To permanently close your MGLine account, email support@mgline.bet with your full name, registered mobile number and a clear statement that you wish to close your account. Any real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method. Please note that permanent account closure is different from self-exclusion — if you're closing your account due to gambling concerns, self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming section may be a better option.

Go to the Login page and scroll down to the "Forgot Your Password?" section. Enter your registered mobile number and click "Send Reset OTP". Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay deposits are credited to your MGLine account instantly — you can start betting within seconds of making the payment. Bank Transfer (IBFT) deposits typically arrive within 30 minutes during banking hours. Visa/Mastercard deposits are usually instant but may take up to 5 minutes depending on your bank's processing speed. The most common reasons for a withdrawal rejection are: unmet wagering requirements on an active bonus, a name mismatch between your MGLine account and your payment method, an unverified account for large withdrawals, or an incomplete identity check. Log in to your account, check the rejection reason displayed in your withdrawal history, address the specific issue and re-submit. Contact support if the reason is unclear.

Yes, winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn once the associated wagering requirement has been met. MGLine's welcome bonus has a 10x wagering requirement on the bonus amount. Your account wallet shows your real-money balance and bonus balance separately, along with a progress bar showing how much wagering remains. Once the requirement is cleared, bonus winnings transfer to your withdrawable real-money balance automatically.

If a cricket match is abandoned, cancelled or postponed without a result being reached, MGLine voids all bets on that match and returns all stakes to your account balance. In the rare case where a match is rescheduled and resumes at a later date, bets placed before the cancellation remain valid for the rescheduled fixture unless you contact support to request a void.

If you lose your internet connection during an Aviator round on MGLine, any auto cash-out you had set will still trigger if the multiplier reaches your target — the server processes auto cash-outs independently of your connection. If no auto cash-out was set, the round will continue on the server. If the plane crashes before you reconnect and manually cash out, the bet is lost.
